Our story
Twenty years of scent, community, and showing up.
Scentricity started in October 2004 — before Scentsy was a household name, before warmers were everywhere, before anyone knew what a wax bar was. We were just two people in the Tri-Cities area of Washington who believed in the products and wanted to share them.
The name Scentricity is ours. It blends scent, the idea of putting customers at the center, and a nod to the Tri-Cities roots we carried with us when we moved to Peoria, Arizona. It's a made-up word that somehow says exactly what we mean.
Eileen will be the first to tell you she didn't think she was a salesperson. She grew up believing that selling meant being pushy — following people around, closing hard, making it awkward. Then she went to a home show. She smelled the warmers, talked to the consultant, and realized this was something different. No pressure. No pitch. Just good products and honest conversation.
That experience shaped how we've run our business ever since. We don't chase people. We don't make promises we can't keep. We share what we love and let the products speak for themselves.
